A “Custom Product” refers to any item that is not part of our standard inventory and is made or altered based on specific instructions or specifications provided by you. This customization can range from size adjustments, material changes, design modifications, or any other alterations that make the product uniquely tailored to meet your needs.

By entering into this Agreement, VHID commits to providing high-quality products crafted according to the highest standards of workmanship and materials. In return, you agree to comply with all terms herein.

Customization Process

The customization process begins with your submission of specifications for the product you wish to order. VHID may offer consultation services to refine these specifications to ensure the final product meets your expectations and requirements.

Once specifications are finalized, VHID will provide a quote for the Custom Product. Upon your acceptance of the quote and completion of any required prepayment, VHID will proceed with the production of the Custom Product.

VHID prides itself on attention to detail and adherence to customer specifications. However, it’s crucial that you carefully review all specifications and quotes before confirming your order to ensure alignment with your expectations.

Responsibilities

As the Buyer, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications for any Custom Product.

VHID is responsible for delivering the Custom Product in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and within the specified timeframe.

It is our goal to ensure that every Custom Product not only meets but exceeds your expectations, providing a solution that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. User Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Ordering process

Orders can be placed through our website. Availability is subject to Seller’s confirmation, and acceptance of orders is at the Seller’s discretion. Order confirmation signifies the Buyer’s agreement to these terms.

Payment and detailed specifications are required before production begins. Changes to the order must be communicated before payment. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure order accuracy, including product specifications and delivery requirements.

Cancellation

The Custom Product is crafted specifically according to your order, making it personalized. Should you require any changes or wish to cancel your order for the Custom Product, you retain the right to do so up to the point of making payment. However, if you make amendments to your order after payment, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred related to your order.

Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled without our written agreement. The terms of cancellation will include, but are not limited to, payment to indemnify the Seller fully against all losses (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of labor and materials used), damages, charges, and expenses incurred by us as a result of the cancellation.

Price and Payment Terms

The Seller shall receive compensation for the Products, as mutually agreed upon by the Parties, in accordance with the invoices submitted by the Seller through a 100% advance payment within 5 business days from the date the Buyer receives such an invoice.

The Buyer agrees to promptly reimburse the Seller for pre-approved expenses essential for fulfilling this Agreement within three (3) business days of receiving the invoice. The amount of these expenses will be determined by mutual agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.

Payment for the Seller’s Products must be made via bank transfer to the Seller’s designated account, as specified in the invoice. The Buyer is responsible for covering any correspondent bank fees associated with the payment remittance.

The Buyer’s obligation to reimburse the Seller for Products is deemed fulfilled upon the receipt of funds in the Seller’s current account.

From time to time, our site may contain information with typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, delivery estimates, and availability. We retain the right to rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to modify or update information or cancel orders if any information is found to be inaccurate at any time without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order).

Quotes provided by the Seller will remain valid for 30 days; after this period, we reserve the right to adjust prices in accordance with current material and manufacturing costs, as well as existing listing prices. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Taxation Responsibilities of the Parties

Each party is individually accountable for the precise calculation and punctual payment of all taxes and other obligatory fees linked to the fulfillment of these Terms.

Shipping

Unless Seller is otherwise notified by Buyer’s written instructions, freight arrangements shall be made by Seller on Buyer’s behalf. All expenses related to delivery, packing, crating, shipping, insurance, applicable taxes, and similar charges shall be incorporated into the stated purchase price unless otherwise specified.

Ownership of the Product transfers to the Buyer once the Seller delivers it to the freight carrier, unless otherwise stated. The Seller bears no responsibility for any damage occurring after the Product has been accepted in good condition by the shipping company, nor for damage sustained during transit. In the event of damage observed during unpacking, it is imperative to promptly notify the delivery company for inspection and to capture photographs of the damages. The recipient should ensure that any visible damage is noted on the freight bill before signing, with participation from both the recipient and the delivery company, if feasible.

Delivery dates are approximate, and the Seller will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from delays.

Upon delivery, the Buyer must promptly inspect all Products and clearly acknowledge receipt by signing the Delivery Note.

The Seller will not be liable for loss or damage to Products while they are under the Buyer’s risk.

No delays in payment or claims for non-delivery of goods dispatched by the Seller through a third-party carrier will be accepted.

Warranty

The Seller explicitly guarantees that the Custom Product is devoid of defects in materials and workmanship, with exceptions and limitations as detailed herein. Within the first two  years following the Buyer’s purchase of the Custom Product (If a longer period is not stipulated by law), the Seller will, at its discretion, repair or replace any Custom Product found to have a defect in materials or workmanship. The original buyer must communicate with the Seller in writing, providing proof of purchase along with a comprehensive description of the issue with the Custom Product.

This warranty does not cover defects in materials or workmanship or damages resulting from repairs or alterations attempted or made by others. It also does not apply if the damage results from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, neglect, accidents, or usage of the Custom Product for activities beyond normal household use.

NO WARRANTIES, EITHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE WARRANTY, ARE MADE CONCERNING THE CUSTOM PRODUCT. THE SELLER RENOUNCES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALONG WITH ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.

Limitation of liability

The Seller and its employees shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, including negligence, for any special or consequential damages resulting from your use or misuse of, or inability to use, the products, even if the Seller or its authorized representative has been informed of the potential for such damages. In no circumstance shall the Seller’s overall liability to you, for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) related to these terms and conditions or your use of the products, exceed the amount paid by you to the Seller for the product.

Product return

Once you have received the Custom Product, returns are not accepted unless they are confirmed by the Seller as defective or damaged, in which case they will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

For the current Agreement, official correspondence regarding the fulfillment of obligations between the Seller and the Buyer shall primarily occur through email. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the email exchanges can serve as formal evidence of the work completed.
